Tito Jackson faces legal action over loan

Michael Jackson's brother Tito has taken a hit from a British martial arts teacher, who claims the pop star owes him thousands.Matt Fiddes claims he gave the Jackson 5 star almost £20,000 earlier this year so the musician could afford to cover a family trip to England to look at potential properties.Now Devon-based Fiddes is suing Jackson for almost £12,500, claiming the star hasn't paid the loan back, according to TMZ.com.
