Billy Ray Cyrus gave Liam Hemsworth permission to marry his daughter, if he can star in Liam's brother's latest movie.
The country crooner joked he only agreed to let the 'Hunger Games' actor tie the knot with Miley, 19, if he could land him a part in 'Thor' actor Chris Hemsworth's new film.
He joked Us Weekly: "Liam asked if he could have my daughter's hand in marriage, and I said yes if I could be in his brother's next movie."
However, after it was reported Liam, 22 and Miley are planning three different ceremonies, Billy Ray wants to up the stakes and get three movies out of the deal.
He added: "Now, they are going to have three weddings, so I'm thinking one movie with Chris, then we got the sequel to Liam's new movie ['Hunger Games: Catching Fire'] coming out. They have got three weddings, that has to be three movies for me."
The doting father revealed he can't wait to walk Miley down the aisle, although the couple have not yet set a date.
He said: "I actually sent her a note just last night that I do look forward to that moment whenever that time is. I texted Miley and said, 'I just want you to know, whenever you're ready, I'm going to be very proud to walk you down that aisle.' She was like, 'Daddy!' with two smiley faces! That moment touched me."
