Slash Blasts 'album Thief'.

Guns N' Roses star Slash hopes the man who allegedly streamed the band's new album on the internet "rots in jail".Kevin Cogill has been arrested on suspicion of violating federal copyright laws by leaking the band's much-anticipated new album Chinese Democracy on his website.Authorities claim he posted nine unreleased Guns N' Roses songs on Antiquiet.com in June (08). The songs spread quickly across the Internet before Cogill removed them from his site. And the band's former guitarist Slash is fuming. He tells the Los Angeles Times, "I hope he rots in jail. It's going to affect the sales of the record, and it's not fair. The Internet is what it is, and you have to deal with it accordingly, but I think if someone goes and steals something, it's theft."Presently, though we don't support this guy's actions at that level, our interest is in the original source. We can't comment publicly at this time as the investigation is ongoing".
