Will.I.Am Offer Travel Incentives To Students

Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am is sweetening his scholarship promise to four students - by offering to take them anywhere in the world if they earn good grades.

The hip-hop star is currently sponsoring a group of college students through his i.am scholarship fund, which he launched to provide tuition, room and board to cash-strapped pupils.

The rapper is rewarding the teens for their hard work - by flying them to exotic locations across the globe. will.i.am tells People.com, "(I told them) let's do a little contest where your grades are up and you come with us anywhere on the planet. You just pick a country and we go there. We'll do it for four years."

The generous star is planning to jet the foursome to Africa later this year to visit him during a stop on the Black Eyed Peas' tour.
