Having not heard of Jordin Sparks before now, I was quite surprised to hear that she’s actually won American Idol, and was actually the lady behind No Air and Tattoo.
So in truth, I have heard Of Jordin Sparks, and loved her, but never put two and two together to realise how bloody epic she was! But now, I promise you, I’ll never leave her again, as her latest single, Battlefield is, to say the least, incredible.

You when you hear a song once and think, “Oh my god, this is amazing?” well, Battlefield is one of those songs. From the build-up of the verses to the epic chorus that is just made to be sung in arena’s all over the world; the greatness of this song can really not be summed up in words.
If you need something to help you over a messy break-up, or just need something to help you cope with the lonely nights that the single life brings, then this looks to be the soundtrack to your summer.
Rating: 5/5 - Lets just say, I’ve listened to it about ten times in the past hour, and got all of FemaleFirst listening to it too!

I haven't heard the studio version, but her performance on Idol was TERRIBLE. He voice seemed flat and the lyrics made me laugh out loud - just before I changed the channel to wait for... READ MORE
