David Beckham has revealed that he would love to return to Manchester United in a sporting director role.
The former England captain left the English giants in 2003 after a decade with the club, joining them when he was just a teenager.
After a spell at Real Madrid Beckham was on the move again as he joined LA Galaxy, a contract whish is coming to an end.
Former team-mate Zinedine Zidane's returned to Real Madrid as the sporting director for the club and Becks admits that he would like to do something similar.
Speaking to The Sun Beckham said: “I’d love to do that.
'The best memory of my career came in 1999, no doubt, when Manchester United won the treble.
'In my opinion, no club can repeat that feat.'
Beckham’s future after his contract at LA Galaxy is yet unknown with clubs such as Paris St Germain, Tottenham and QPR all rumoured to be interested in bringing the player back to Europe.
