Matt Lucas has revealed Shakin' Stevens made him realise he was gay.The 'Little Britain' star - who married boyfriend Kevin McGee in a civil ceremony last year - found himself lusting after the pop pin-up when he was just seven-years-old.Matt told British Gay magazine Attitude: "The first time I'd an inkling I was gay was looking at that picture when I was seven."I said to my friend Michael, 'Do you think sometimes men are handsome?'"I didn't think much of it at the time - I thought both girls and boys were attractive."I'm sure the thoughts weren't sexual, but there was something there."Later on, at an all-boys private school, my feelings for the same sex dominated. But weirdly, after I'd come out years later, I found women attractive."

The 33-year-old comedian - who stars as Daffyd, the only gay in the village, in the cult BBC sketch show - says 80s crooner Shakin' Stevens was one of the first men he considered 'handsome' as a boy.
