Nicole Scherzinger has reportedly been offered £500,000 to join 'The X Factor' in the UK.
Shoe bosses are said to have been so impressed when the former Pussycat Dolls singer sat in as guest judge at auditions in London this week, they want her to join permanently, replacing Kelly Rowland.
Nicole would join head judge Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh when the show returns later this summer.
A show source told The Sun newspaper: "We are talking to Nicole about taking on the job full time. She is the only person in the frame.
"It's now down to money and whether she can commit to the show, which takes up most of the rest of the year."
Nicole, 33, has appeared as a stand-in judge on the show before, and was also on the panel of the first series of the programme in the US, although she was dumped after it received poor ratings.
Other stars to guest judge on 'The X Factor' in Kelly's absence have included former Spice Girls vocalist Geri Halliwell and 'R.I.P' singer Rita Ora.
There was talk of former judge Dannii Minogue returning to the show, but she is thought to still be too angry and upset over revelations show executive Simon Cowell had an affair with her to come back.
