Girl, 3, joins Mensa

A three-year-old British girl has joined Mensa after taking an IQ test in Russian.

Alice Amos has been granted full membership of the organisation - the oldest high IQ society in the world - after scoring an incredibly high IQ of 162 on the Russian test.

The little one's parents are from Russia and often speak the language at home, and they have been impressed by Alice's talents.

Mr. Amos told the Daily Mirror newspaper: ''Alice was actually a little slow when it came to speaking for the first time, but then we realised that she was making some really big leaps, especially in her reading.
