Dominic Cooper thinks James Corden is a "gorgeous dad".
The 'Need for Speed' actor - who shot to fame alongside James in the 2006 film 'The History Boys' - has admitted he wishes he could spend more time with his lifelong friend and his family.
Dominic - who is godfather to James' four-year-old son Max - said: "He's a gorgeous dad. He also works extraordinarily hard. One of my friends has five children, and I'm just like, 'How?!' I'm amazed by people with any sort of family.
"I'm sad by how little time I get to see them as a family. That's something I'm always trying to change. You have a responsibility as a godparent that people often take lightly, but it's important to be there."
The 37-year-old star - who previously dated his 'Mamma Mia!' co-star Amanda Seyfried - also confessed he can't wait to start his own family.
Asked if he wants what his friends have got, he told Marie Claire: "Absolutely. That's the goal. That's the thing that scares me most... older people who've been lonely in their later years.
"I don't believe you should have children to protect yourself from loneliness, I certainly don't mean that. I just look forward to the fun and excitement of having them, and your family being your number one focus."
