The psychiatrist pal who was convicted of writing prescriptions for Anna Nicole Smith under false names has reached a settlement with Medical Board of California officials and will not be able to work as a doctor for 90 days.
Dr Khristine Erosovich has admitted her conviction of a crime in the Anna Nicole case, and making false statements in a psychiatric report, unrelated to Anna Nicole, according to TMZ.com.
Her medical license will be suspended for 90 days and board bosses haveplaced her on probation for five years.
Erosovich was convicted in the Anna Nicole Smith case in October 2010 and sentenced to a year's probation.
The doctor will also have to take an ethics course as part of her deal with the MBC.
