These low sugar smoothies are great for detoxing and re-energising your body. They’re packed with fruit and the honey gives it a sweet kick!
Mint & Cranberry Smoothie
Prep time: 2 minutes
600ml light cranberry juice
100g fat free Greek yogurt
2 tbsp chopped fresh mint, from a living pot of mint
1 tbsp clear honey
Place all the ingredients in a large jug and blend with a hand blender. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
Hint and tip:
Add a handful of fresh or frozen raspberries for even more zing!
