1 pack of Aunt Bessie's 12 Original Golden Yorkshire Puddings
1 x 285g pack of pulled pork
70g BBQ sauce
1/2 bunch of spring onions, finely chopped
1. Prepare the pulled pork following on pack instructions (or alternatively, use spare pulled pork from a cooked joint)
2. Place the Aunt Bessie's Yorkshire puds on a baking tray and cook them in the oven, following the instructions on the back of the packet.
3. Place the pulled pork, BBQ sauce and spring onions in a bowl and mix.
4. Fill each Yorkshire pudding with the tasty pulled pork and spring onion mix. Tuck in and enjoy!
