'Devil May Cry 2' is coming to Nintendo Switch.
The 2003 hack-and-slash title will be available on the console on September 19, with Dante and Lucia set to be playable characters.
A tweet on the game's official Twitter confirmed: "Are you ready? Devil May Cry 2 is coming to #NintendoSwitch, featuring 2 playable characters, Dante & Lucia, the first ever Bloody Palace and more!
Available September 19th. (sic)"
This means there is hope that the last instalment, 'Devil May Cry 5', could head to the console.
In March, the game's director Hideaki Itsuno admitted he would love to see the action adventure title come to the handheld device.
He said: "We haven't announced anything for Switch, right.
"We personally would love to play a 'Devil May Cry' game on Switch.
"I'm one of those guys that always, I want to play everything on Switch. I'm always asking for ports.
"Either way, we haven't announced anything for Switch, so let's wait to see what happens."
