Nintendo has already chosen the characters for 'Super Smash Bros. Ultimate' DLC.
The crossover fighting title's creator, Masahiro Sakurai, has asked fans to stop standing in their suggestions to him on Twitter as they've finalised their list for the next instalment in the popular franchise.
He tweeted: "It's great to dream about your favorite character joining the battle and I appreciate your passion, but please try to stay on topic when replying to tweets and refrain from flooding us, and other users, with requests when we're not specifically asking for feedback. Thank you! (sic)"
'Super Smash Bros. Ultimate' will feature every single character from all Smash Bros. Games, as well as the new additions.
The new series for Nintendo Switch was the highlight of the Nintendo Direct showcase at E3 2018, promising more fighters, moves and arenas than ever before.
The game is released on December 7, 2018, with GameCube controllers.
With all the previous Smash Bros. Characters, along with Metroid enemy Ridley and Splatoon characters available, the new game will also introduce Inkling Girl and Boy.
Another new character will be Daisy, a clone "Echo Character" of Peach, while Pikachu and the Pokemon Trainer will now have female versions.
Amalgamating the Wii U and 3DS versions, 'Super Smash Bros. Ultimate' will feature the addition of A Great Plateau Tower stage inspired by 'Breath of the Wild'.
This constructs and reconstructs as you fight while 'Breath of the Wild's Old Man' flies around on his glider.
The Inklings will get their very own stage - Moray Towers - a version of the 'Splatoon' map.
Many intricate tweaks have been made to the new hybrid version. These include dramatic sudden death moments, which zoom in on the action while flames fill the edges of the screen.
If players fly off a stage and off-screen, a mini-map shows their position to aid recovery and a new perfect shield defence mechanic will reward exact-shield timing.
A second fakeout Smash Ball item has been added, which instead of unlocking character's supercharged attacks, it explodes in flames.
One feature removed from the game is Fox's Landmaster, which has been applauded by critics.
Instead, Fox and Falco will fly in and shoot opponents with their Arwings.
