CD Projekt Red has teased another surprise could be in store before 'Cyberpunk 2077' arrives.
Hollywood legend Keanu Reeves is set to feature in the upcoming RPG, released in April 2020, and now UI Coordinator Alvin Liu has hinted that there may be some more exciting news on the way.
Praising Keanu in an interview with VGC (Video Games Chronicle), he said: "We approached Keanu Reeves because we thought he would be a very good match for our franchise.
"Practically everyone at the studio is a fan of his prior works, whether that's 'The Matrix' or 'Johnny Mnemonic', so for us it was just a perfect match.
"He's obviously a very talented actor and he's been very diligent with working out how his character would approach certain situations."
And when quizzed on if there will be more surprises on the way, Alvin replied: "Uh ... I can't comment on that! You guys are going to have to wait and see."
It was previously rumoured that Lady Gaga was set to make an appearance in the game.
The 'Born This Way' hitmaker was first speculated to be joining the cast of the highly anticipated first-person RPG back in September, when the official Twitter account for the game commented on one of the pop superstar's old tweets from 2012.
The 'A Star Is Born' actress had tweeted gibberish, writing:"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHRHRGRGRGRRRGURBHJB EORWPSOJWPJORGWOIRGWSGODEWPGOHEPW09GJEDPOKSD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0924QU8T63095JRGHWPE09UJ0PWHRGW (sic)"
And the Cyberpunk account replied:" Of course! Of course we will! (sic)"
But the rumours were soon quashed.
