'Red Dead Redemption 2' map size will be large enough to encompass the original map area.
That is the suggestion of a now-deleted Q&A section on Reddit, posted by Dutch site Inside Gamer, which claimed that the much-hyped video game - which is set for release later this month - is going to be huge.
A translation of the post says: "After asking Rockstar they told me the entire (!) map of Red Dead Redemption is also in this game, but there, of course, many more areas added.
"In the six hours I played I only got to see a small part of Blackwater, and even that was already gigantic. Six hours was not enough to see any of the other familiar places. (sic)"
Gaming fans around the world are excited to see what the new Western-themed action-adventure game has to offer.
However, owing to the fact that the most intriguing part of the original Q&A has been removed, it could simply be that the post was a mistake.
'Red Dead Redemption 2' is a prequel to the 2010 title 'Red Dead Redemption' and is widely considered to be one of the most exciting releases of the year.
