The studio behind the epic Wild West sequel is giving gamers a bit of a treat after its online mode recently set a new record and they've revealed details about the give away goodies.

From how until February 10, Rockstar is giving away some items, including a free license to let players start their journey as a bounty hunter.

To help with his new career, players are also getting 25 tracking arrows and 25 bolas - weapons thrown at a target's legs to bring them down - to make tracking down criminals that much easier.

As well as the free content - which is available at the post office of camp lockbox - Rockstar has also discounted stable slots by 25%.

Furthermore, the Breton, Criollo, Kladruber and Norfolk Roadster horses are available for 40% off - and the same deal is being offered on emote,s including Hat Tipping, Look to the Distance, I'm Watching You and Hangover.

All these bonuses are available for Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4 gamers, but PS Plus members have even more coming their way.

As well as three Mash refills for Moonshiners, subscribers also get three trader resupplies.

For Twitch Prime members, there are more exclusive benefits with a collector's bag and a free polished copper still upgrade when their accounts are linked to the Rockstar Social Club.
