No Xbox projects have been delayed by the coronavirus pandemic thus far.
Xbox boss Matt Booty has delivered a statement on the company's current plans, saying that as things stand, no projects have been officially delayed - although he acknowledged the company is facing "unique challenges and constraints" during the global health crisis.
Matt shared: "We know that gaming connects people during times of social distancing, and we are committed to delivering the highest quality Xbox Game Studios games for our global community of players.
"At the same time, the health and safety of our XGS development teams is our top priority."
Matt explained that the company is striving to make smart decisions "during this challenging time".
Speaking about the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, Matt reflected: "Each studio is facing unique challenges and constraints depending on its particular location, and many of our external development partners around the world are similarly affected.
"We are supporting our studio leaders to make the right decisions for their teams and their individual games during this challenging time."
The pandemic has created chaos in a number of sectors around the world, with the entertainment and sports industries grinding to a halt in recent weeks.
