Carine Roitfeld has enlisted the help of her two children for her first Barneys campaign.
Our goal with the campaign was to create a personal experience with someone who has extraordinary style like Carine.
The former French Vogue editor - who was unveiled as the famous store's guest editor and stylist for fall/winter 2011-12 earlier this year - asked 30-year-old daughter Julia and 26-year-old son Vladimir to pose for the campaign to give it a "personal" feel.
Barneys' creative director Dennis Freedman told WWD: "Our goal with the campaign was to create a personal experience with someone who has extraordinary style like Carine."
In the campaign - which was shot by Mario Sorrenti - Julia and Vladimir pose with their mother as well as models Marie-Amelie Sauve, Victoire de Castellane and Dasha Zhukova.
Speaking about her daughter, Carine said: "Here she looks like I did when I was 18, but prettier!"
Carine has previously said she was drawn to the offer from Barneys because it gave her the opportunity to try something new.
She said: "To be on the other side with the retailers and buyers is new for me, and I always like new opportunities in my life. When I was doing my styling, most of the time I was thinking about a real woman who was going to wear the clothes. Sometimes I was thinking about myself, sometimes about a woman who really inspired me, but it was always about the woman. Working with Barneys, and choosing the looks, I was thinking about whether a real woman would buy this outfit and feel beautiful and comfortable."
