Maggie Grace says that it was that script for Taken 2 that made her want to reprise the role of Kim.
The actress played the role for the first time back in 2008 but this time around it is more of an action packed part for the character.
Speaking to Total Film the actress said: "When I read the script for Taken 2 I saw that it had incredible pace, and the action sequences were just beautifully fleshed out.
"There’s one in particular that my character is involved in, running across the rooftops of the Grand Bazaar. I couldn’t wait to shoot it."
The movie sees Grace team up with Liam Neeson and Famke Janssen once again while Olivier Megaton is in the director's chair.
And it is set to be a busy year for the actress as we are also going to be seeing her in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 as Irina.
She has also completed work on Decoding Annie Parker which stars Samantha Morton and Helen Hunt.
Taken 2 is released 4th October.
