Sinitta and pop star Paloma Faith have added their support to a gay marriage campaign in the U.K. Civil unions between same-sex couples are legal in Britain, but organisers of Out4Marriage are demanding the partnerships be given the same rights as traditional marriages.

So Macho hitmaker Sinitta and Faith are the latest stars to back the equality campaign by filming videos voicing their support.

Sinitta says, "I believe in love and I also believe in marriage. I've been married and I hope one day to marry again.

"Most of all I believe in all people being able to celebrate their love in marriage; gay people, straight people, black people, white people - all people. That's why I'm Out4Marriage, are you?"

In her clip, Faith adds, "I'm really proud to be backing the Out4Marriage campaign. I don't think it matters whether you're black, white, Asian, straight, gay, bisexual, hermaphrodite, tranny, diva - whatever you are,you should have the right to get married.

"I stand strongly behind that and I think that everyone deserves to be equal. And that is why I'm supporting the Out4Marriage campaign".

British actors Stephen Fry and David Walliams and girl group The Saturdays have also thrown their weight behind the drive.
