Christian Benteke has vowed to maintain his recent fine form and admits he's keen to repay the faith Crystal Palace showed in him.
The Belgium international joined the Eagles in an initial club-record £27million move from Liverpool in August and he's enjoyed his time at Selhurst Park so far, scoring three goals in five Premier League starts.
Boss Alan Pardew was prepared to shell out the cash for Benteke, who was not first choice at Anfield under Jurgen Klopp, and the former Aston Villa forward says he wants to repay that faith shown in him with more goals for his new club.
"I'm not the only striker in form, but I'm good," Benteke said. "I'm happy to be in this vein of form, I'm going to take advantage of it. After the bad luck, I'm trying to make the most of my good luck. I'm trying to repay through my performances the price they paid for me."
Benteke is currently away on international duty and will hope to feature in Belgium's World Cup qualifier against Gibraltar on Monday.
