The former Malaga man joined the Gunners in 2012 and has become a key part of the set-up under Arsene Wenger.

The 31-year-old, who has bagged two goals in seven Premier League outings this term, was rewarded with a contract extension in July 2015.

Cazorla has recently been linked with a move back to his homeland with Atletico Madrid, however, he insists he is happy at the Emirates and hoping to prolong his stay.

"I am happy here. I am trusted by the manager and my team-mates. I am feeling important here, and if they'll offer me a new contract, I'll sign it because I am very happy with this great club," Cazorla said.
