West Brom are reportedly planning to make a move for Liverpool striker Danny Ings when the January transfer window opens.
The Reds are understood to be willing to listen to offers for Ings when the winter window opens and struggling West Brom have emerged as contenders to bring him in.
Baggies boss Alan Pardew is desperate to land a striker to solve the club’s attacking issues, having netted just 14 goals in the Premier League this season.
Reports claim that Ings, who has never really settled at Anfield during his two-and-a-half years due to injuries, is high on Pardew’s list.
West Ham and Newcastle have also been linked with the former Burnley man so West Brom could find it hard to convince him to make the switch to the Hawthorns.
