Midfielder Jack Colback has slammed his treatment by Newcastle United following his January switch to Nottingham Forest.
The former Sunderland star was told to play for the Under-23s by manager Rafa Benitez before he finally managed to complete his loan move to Forest for the remainder of the season.
Colback has admitted his treatment at St James' Park lacked respect and has not pulled any punches when speaking about his last few weeks at the club before moving down to the Championship.
He told reporters: 'The disappointing thing is the way it has been dealt with – I’ve been treated more like a number than a human being.
'There are ways feuds can be managed but there has been no respect whatsoever shown my way.'
