Burnley boss Sean Dyche has said he is not interested in the Aston Villa job as Steve Bruce is set to take charge of the Midlands club.
The Clarets boss has been heavily linked with the vacant hot seat at Villa Park following the sacking of Roberto Di Matteo, but there were questions marks over whether he would drop to the Championship despite the size of the club.
Dyche is now reported to have completely ruled himself out of the running as he is fully committed to the Clarets and has no intention of walking away.
All the rumours should come to an end anyway today as it looks as though former Hull and Birmingham, boss Bruce will be unveiled as Villa's new manager.
Whether Dyche was first-choice remains to be seen, but Clarets fans will just be delighted to see their manager remain at Turf Moor to build on the fine job he has already done.
