Training with England's senior players during the international break was an amazing experience for Middlesbrough defender Dael Fry.
The 19-year-old Teessider says he was shocked to receive the call from Three Lions caretaker boss Gareth Southgate to join in with the senior group's sessions.
Southgate was looking for cover after Phil Jagielka pulled out of the squad for the World Cup qualifying matches against Malta and Slovenia.
"It came as a total surprise and was amazing for me," said Fry.
"It was great to be training alongside players like [Wayne] Rooney, and with Gareth as manager too - he was one of my heroes growing up."
Fry, who is currently on loan at Rotherham United, was part of the England Under-20 squad that won the Four Nations tournament - as was Boro's Harry Chapman.
