West Brom could make a move for Danny Ings in the January transfer window, with new boss Alan Pardew a fan of the Liverpool striker.
Pardew took the helm at the Hawthorns this week following the sacking of Tony Pulis and the ex-West Ham and Newcastle boss knows he must turn the Baggies around quickly.
The 56-year-old won't receive a significant budget in January but, according to the Birmingham Mail, Ings is among the players on his wishlist.
Ings has been sidelined for a much of his time at Anfield because of injury, but is now back in contention to play after a knee operation.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has ample alternative options up front and could consider loaning Ings out to aid him as he builds up his match fitness.
Pardew is a known admirer of the 25-year-old and made an unsuccessful attempt to sign him for Newcastle before he moved to Liverpool in 2015.
