Tottenham striker Vincent Janssen insists he is excited to embark on a new adventure after agreeing to join Fenerbahce on loan.
The 23-year-old signed for Tottenham in July 2016 for a £17million fee from AZ Alkmaar, but he failed to establish himself as a key figure at White Hart Lane last term.
Janssen arrived in England off the back of an impressive season in the Eredivisie, which saw him net 27 times, but scored just six times in all competitions for Spurs.
Fernando Llorente’s signing from Swansea this summer force Janssen further down the pecking order and he has agreed to go out on loan to try and get his career back on track.
The Dutch international will spend the 2017-18 campaign with Fenerbahce and he insists he is excited for a new challenge.
Janssen said: "Thanks for the warm welcome today! Looking forward to this new adventure in Istanbul."
