Joe Lolley is edging closer to full fitness after turning out for Huddersfield Town's Under-23's side on Monday.
Englishman Lolley, who has been with the Terriers since joining from Kidderminster Harriers in 2104, was plagued with injuries in last season's promotion-winning campaign and he made just eight Championship appearances.
The 25-year-old from Redditch has had several attempts at corrective surgery but that has only led to more setbacks and he is yet to feature for David Wagner's side in the Premier League this term.
However, the signs are looking more positive after the winger got 65 minutes of action under his belt in Monday's 2-0 Under-23's Professional Development League 2 defeat to Sheffield Wednesday.
Lolley will be hoping to continue his road to recovery and eventually feature in some matches for the senior side after impressing the German tactician during pre-season.
Reports are also suggesting a number of Championship outfits are considering making a loan move for the Huddersfield ace when the January transfer window opens.
