Tottenham summer signing Victor Wanyama has revealed one of the main reasons he joined the club was due to Mauricio Pochettino.
The central midfielder had other options over the summer but in the end opted to move to White Hart Lane because he wanted to join up with the Argentine boss.
Wanyama says he believed that teaming up with the former Saints boss would improve him as a player.
"He's played a big part in convincing me to join the club. I had a few options but he was able to convince me to come here because I had worked with him before and I he as a manger will improve players," the Kenya international told four four two.
