The Foxes are in a good position to progress from the group stage of the competition after wins over Club Brugge and Porto in their first two games.

Next up is a clash with Danish champions FC Copenhagen and Ranieri's side can get another three points their chances of making the last 16 will be further boosted.

The Italian, though, says they cannot get carried away and must be focused on just maintaining their good form in Europe.

"Let's keep our feet on the ground," Ranieri said. "Let's first try to beat Copenhagen, and that is not going to be easy."

When asked who he thought can win the Champions League this season, he tipped Juve - who Ranieri managed between 2007-9 - to claim the crown.

"I think Juventus are better than us and I really hope that they crown their dream of winning the Champions League because they have a super squad."
