West Brom boss Tony Pulis hopes in-form striker Salomon Rondon can handle the "non-stop pressure" upon him in the Premier League.
The 27-year-old has struck five goals already for the Baggies this season but Pulis has warned he must maintain his high standards as the scrutiny on him will only increase further if he continues to perform.
Pulis said: "His form now is fantastic and long may it continue, but he has to work hard. You can't relax in this league - it's non-stop pressure every step of the way.
"If he takes his foot off the pedal it will fall away. The important thing is to make sure he understands that."
Rondon has been a big hit at the Hawthorns following his move from Zenit St Petersburg in summer 2015 and his good form at the start of this season follows on from his 10 goals last term for Albion.
