Injury worries for Reds

Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne has picked up a knee injury which has kept him out of Gareth Southgate's first England squad.

The 25-year-old has been struggling with injuries for a few weeks picked up a knee problem in the win at Southampton and means he misses the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Malta and Slovenia.

Team-mate Adam Lallana is also out for England after he picked up a groin injury against Swansea and Dejan Lovren has withdrawn from the Croatia squad after picking up a knock.

Jurgen Klopp will be hoping all three are fit and ready to go when the side are back in Premier League action against bitter rivals Manchester United in two weeks' time.
