The former Barcelona youngster joined the Toffees in the summer after the club matched Malaga's release clause of £5million.

At the time it appeared a real scoop for the Merseyside club but he has struggled to establish himself, being left out of the matchday squad for his side's last five games after failing to find the net in the opening months of the season.

Rumours have started to circulate that the 22-year-old is already plotting a move away, with a number of Spanish clubs thought to be monitoring his situation.

However, reports in Italy say Inter are prepared to give him a way out of Goodison in January, with them currently on the lookout for a back-up to Mauro Icardi.

The Nerazzurri are keen to add depth in attack and are thought to view Sandro has the man to fill the void in their squad.
