Head coach Walter Mazzarri admits he's still hurting from Watford's defeat at Burnley - a loss he's described as a "terrible game".
The Hornets were poor when going down to a 2-0 defeat against the Clarets last month and Mazzarri hopes his players will learn from the chastening defeat, as he is keen to ensure they do not repeat the mistakes made at Turf Moor.
His side turned in a better display when drawing 2-2 with Bournemouth before the current international break but the Italian coach has still been reflecting on the previous defeat.
He said in the Watford Observer: "As I said and now I can say it, especially because we had the Bournemouth game on our backs, we have always played good football. The only game we weren't able to do so was against Burnley where we had a terrible game.
"Of course now the team understands the lesson of Burnley and I hope we continue on this path."
