AC Milan are reportedly preparing a package to try and lure Cesc Fabregas away from Chelsea in the January transfer window.
The 29-year-old appears to have fallen out-of-favour under new manager Antonio Conte, making just three Premier League appearances.
It’s understood that Milan have been admirers for some time and failed with an attempt to sign the Spain international over the summer.
Reports in Italy have now suggested that the San Siro side are ready to reignite their interest in January after seeing the former Barcelona man slip down the pecking order.
Chelsea signed the midfielder for a fee in the region of 33million euros in 2014 and it is more likely Milan will look to bring him in on-loan with an option to buy.
