Jordan Pickford is set to start in Everton's Europa League clash with Ruzomberok on Thursday, according to Ronald Koeman.
The goalkeeper joined the Toffees from Sunderland earlier this summer but sat out of last week's first leg due to doubts over his sharpness, having only just returned following his exploits with the England under-21s.
However, Koeman has confirmed he will start between the posts ahead of Maarten Stekelenburg in Thursday's return match at the Stadión pod Cebratom.
Wayne Rooney is available after recovering from a minor groin strain and could start up front after making his second debut for the club last week at Goodison.
Defender Mason Holgate could also come in at right-back for Cuco Martina, having played alongside Pickford for the under-21s.
Ramiro Funes Mori, Yannick Bolasie, Seamus Coleman and Ross Barkley are all long-term absentees though and will not feature in Slovakia.
Everton head into the game protecting a 1-0 advantage, having battled to victory in last week's first leg courtesy of Leighton Baines' deflected strike.
