Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is said to be weighing up a move for Everton right-back Seamus Coleman.
Antonio Valencia is currently dominating the position at Old Trafford but Mourinho realises he is the wrong side of 30 and believes Coleman would be a long-term solution.
Matteo Darmian’s time at United also appears to be up so Mourinho will look to bring in a new right-back at the end of the season, with Coleman said to be a top target.
Coleman is proven in the Premier League and not only that, is arguably one of the best right-backs in the division, hence Mourinho's eagerness to get him on board.
Reports have suggested that United will launch a £16million bid for the player, but it is highly unlikely that Everton will consider selling at that price.
They may not want to sell at all, and as they have shown in the past with the John Stones transfer saga, they will not let their star players go on the cheap.
