Premiership side Wasps look likely to lose Wales international Bradley Davies as Ospreys are in advanced negotiations with the lock.
The 29-year-old has a year left to run on his current deal with the English Premiership side but it is understood he is keen on a move back to Wales.
Davies' former club Cardiff Blues are interested in his services according to Wasps director of rugby Dai Young, although he admitted that he had not made an approach.
Young recently revealed that Wasps are keen to keep hold of the Wales international but conceded he is likely to depart for a compensation fee.
Reports have suggested that Ospreys are close to finalising a deal with talks in an advanced stage over a contract for the second row.
