Warrington back Stefan Ratchford insists the squad can bounce back after suffering Grand Final heartbreak on Saturday.
The Wire fell to a second final defeat in six weeks at the hands of Wigan at Old Trafford following the Challenge Cup loss to Hull.
Warrington boasted a 6-2 lead at half time but the Warriors fought back to claim a 12-6 triumph and deny Ratchford and co the opportunity to seal a first league title for 61 years.
Tony Smith’s men had to console themselves with the League Leaders’ Shield this term but Ratchford is staying positive for 2017.
Ratchford said: "We've just lost a Grand Final and obviously we're devastated with that.
"But probably give it a couple of days and looking back there has been one team who has been in both finals and won the league leaders so that's what we can be really proud of.
"We feel as a group we've come really far this year and some of the lesser-known players and the squad itself has developed. I think in a couple of days we'll look back and reflect and say it has been a pretty successful year for us.
"The majority of the squad is pretty young and there's not going to be wholesale changes. Tasting defeat in two finals is only going to spur us on to rip into pre-season and look forward to going one better next year."
