The Chile forward is currently staying at the Lowry Hotel, where manager Jose Mourinho has been in residence for the past 18 months, with no apparent desire to quit his Penthouse suite.

Sanchez, however, isn't keen on living out of a suitcase for much longer and the club have quickly lined up a list of properties for him to view during the next week.

It's understood the 29-year-old hasn't had much time to sort out his living arrangements since he elected to join the Red Devils, rather than link up again with his former Barcelona mentor Pep Guardiola across town at Manchester City.

Sanchez received special permission from hotel bosses to bring his two beloved Labrador dogs Atom and Humber to Manchester, but the majority of his personal possessions remain in London.

Unlike some of his United team-mates such as Juan Mata and Daley Blind, Sanchez wants to move out to the Cheshire countryside, so he can walk his dogs and give them the freedom they need to run around.
