Everton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin is fit to face Watford in their final home match of the season on Friday.
The Frenchman missed the last two games with a thigh problem but is now ready to return.
Goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg has a groin injury so Joel Robles will be recalled while midfielder Muhamed Besic features in the squad for the first time this season after a serious knee injury.
Everton have now sealed a top-seven finish and booked a place in next season's Europa League which will mean a much busier fixture list next term.
However, Koeman is confident that his squad will be ready for the extra demands and "will be better fitness-wise than it was at the start of this season".
He added on the club's website: "The players also know the manager, they know the way we like to train, and the intensity we like to put into our training sessions, and that's different than it was last season.
"I also know the players better than I knew them last year so there are lots of differences in a positive way."
Provisional squad: Robles, Holgate, A Williams, Jagielka, Baines, Gueye, Schneiderlin, Davies, Barkley, Mirallas, Lukaku, Hewelt, Pennington, Barry, Besic, J Williams, Valencia, Kone.
