Ryan Shawcross is keeping his fingers crossed Stoke's luck on the field and with injuries will start improving before too long.
The Potters have had to cope with several fitness concerns in the early part of the season with the likes of Xherdan Shaqiri, Marko Arnautovic, Jack Butland and Ibrahim Afellay having either missed part or all of the campaign so far.
Injury issues are not a new concern for Stoke, who have been beset with problems for the past two seasons, including losing skipper Shawcross to a back complaint last term.
The defender now says his back is feeling "great" and hopes the rest of the squad can get healthy too before long.
It is not jut injuries worrying Shawcross though as he feels Stoke have been hard done by on the pitch, claiming they will start getting the breaks they deserve before too long.
Shawcross told the Sentinel: “We've had some horrific luck with injuries, and it also almost feels that since the start of the season every shot the opposition have had has gone in.
“We need that luck to change.
“We are slowly getting everybody fit and once we have got everyone available I'm sure we will have a good season."
