Ryan Shawcross says Stoke have shown in the last two games that they are ready to launch a push for another top-10 finish.
The Potters have looked more like relegation candidates this season following a poor start to the campaign that has left them sitting in the relegation places.
Four straight defeats saw confidence slip, but back-to-back draws against West Bromwich Albion and Manchester United, appear to have lifted spirits around the club.
So much so, Shawcross believes that a surge up the table is on the cards if they continue to show the same attitude.
“We needed a positive result on Sunday, but more importantly a positive performance, even if we had lost," he said. “So it was good to get that and a point going into the internationals and hopefully the lads come back fit and we can kick on from there.
“I wasn't too disappointed to draw against West Brom because I know that if we perform like that through the season, we'll have a good season.
“If we can carry on doing that for the rest of the campaign then I'm pretty certain we'll finish around the same point as last season."
