Petra Kvitova's spokesman has refused to put a date on her potential return as the 27-year-old continues to recover from a hand injury.
The Czech Republic star is progressing as she recovers from the knife attack at her home in December when she was stabbed by an intruder.
The double Wimbledon champion was not expected to play tennis again until this summer at the earliest and now her spokesman, Karel Tejkal, has told AFP that there is no pressure on her to return any time soon with no date given for a reappearance on the court.
"Petra's recovery is continuing as planned, but everything is up in the air as to her return," he said.
"Petra uses her hand without problem for daily activities. Of course, the hand is weakened but at first glance you can't see that she was injured.
"But at the moment no-one can give a concrete date."
