Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will be without Olivier Giroud, Nacho Monreal and Aaron Ramsey for the trip to Crystal Palace.
Giroud remains on the sidelines with a hamstring injury and the France international is not expected to return until January 15.
Striker Alexandre Lacazette is still expected to lead the line on Thursday night, while Danny Welbeck will be hoping to make an impact from the bench.
Defender Monreal will miss the game due to an ankle injury and Sead Kolasinac will be hoping to regain his place in the starting XI.
Jack Wilshere is expected to start in midfield alongside Granit Xhaka, as Ramsey is also struggling with a hamstring injury for the next few weeks.
