Apple will live-stream its iPhone event on Twitter for the first time.
The multinational technology company is set to unveil three new phones today (12.09.18) just in time for the festive season and, for the first time ever, those on the social networking platform will be able to watch the reveal.
The company - which usually tries to keep its live streams on platform - wrote on Twitter: Join us September 12 at 10 a.m. PDT to watch the #AppleEvent live on Twitter. Tap below and we'll send you updates on event day. (sic)"
And, according to TechCrunch, Apple will also be posting its announcement on the networking site so that those who can't watch the stream are still in the loop.
It's believed users will get to see an updated larger version of the iPhone X called the iPhone XS Max and a cheaper, 6.1-inch LCD version called the iPhone XS.
It's not yet known what updates these phones are expected to have but it's believed the iPhone XC - which is just pure speculation at the moment - has been created in three colours; red, white, and blue, according to The Verge.
