Microsoft's Your Phone app now enables users to answer calls through their PC.
After they added the ability to see text messages and notifications, the new Windows 10 update allows people to answer incoming phone calls from Android smartphones, Initiate phone calls, decline incoming calls and access recent call history.
As well as requiring an Android phone running on 7 Nougat or higher, you will also need a Windows 10 PC that has Bluetooth support, the 10H1 build, and the Windows 10 build 18362.356.
The news comes following the release of the Surface Duo, which runs on Android.
However, Microsoft has insisted the device, which is two 5.6-inch screens joined by a hinge, is not a phone.
The firm's chief product officer, Panos Panay, said: "Make no mistake. This is a Surface device."
A spokesperson for Microsoft added to CNET.com: "Surface Duo does much more than make phone calls - it's a dual-screen Surface that fits in your pocket, bringing together the best of Microsoft productivity experiences, Android apps, and Surface hardware design into a single device."
